These terms govern your use of partnerdepth.com ("the site"), operated by PartnerDepth, the affiliate and partner marketing consulting arm of Cambyr ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

If you and PartnerDepth enter into a separate written engagement agreement, that agreement governs the consulting work itself. These terms govern the website only.

What this site is

This site exists to describe what we do, share perspectives on affiliate and partner marketing, and let prospective clients reach us. Information here is general; it isn't customized advice and shouldn't be acted on as such without context.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and submit a booking request. You may not:

• Use the site or its contact form to harass, defraud, or send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the site's security or rate limits
• Submit forms automatically (bots are filtered; repeat offenders may be blocked at the network level)
• Scrape the site at volume without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any code you don't have permission to

Intellectual property

The site's content — copy, design, the four-bar mark, the PartnerDepth name, the underlying brand system — is owned by PartnerDepth and Cambyr unless otherwise noted. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not use the marks, logos, or design system to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

Underlying open-source dependencies and any third-party content are the property of their respective owners and used under their respective licenses.

Booking a call

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a contract. We may decline to take a call or engagement at our discretion. A consulting relationship begins only once we both sign a separate written agreement that sets scope, fees, and terms.

External links

The site links to external resources we don't control. We don't endorse the content of those sites, and we're not responsible for what's on them or how they handle your data.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We make no guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every threat, or that information here is current or complete at any given moment. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties — express, implied, statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartnerDepth and Cambyr are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those places, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PartnerDepth and Cambyr harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the site in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site or our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
