Privacy policy

This is the privacy policy for partnerdepth.com, the website of PartnerDepth, the affiliate and partner marketing consulting arm of Cambyr ("we," "us"). It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We don't sell your data. We don't run ad-tracking pixels. The site is built to be quiet and analytical — the privacy posture matches.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the "Book a strategy call" form, we collect:

• Your name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Industry vertical (a multiple-choice selection)
• Anything you write in the optional notes field

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email.

Information we collect automatically

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of standard web hosting, Cloudflare receives request metadata (IP address, user agent, the page you requested, the referrer, and timestamps) for routing, caching, and abuse prevention. We don't add our own analytics cookies on top of this.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics product. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and rough geographic data. It does not set tracking cookies and does not build cross-site profiles. See Cloudflare's documentation for details.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the booking form to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile may collect basic browser signals to make this determination; it does not require cookies and is designed to avoid CAPTCHA-style tracking.

How we use it

The data you submit through the booking form is used to:

• Reply to your inquiry
• Schedule and conduct a strategy call
• Decide whether there's a fit for an engagement, and follow up accordingly

If we don't engage, we may keep your contact information so we can pick up the thread later. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Where it lives

Form submissions are sent via Resend, an email delivery service, into a standard email inbox we control. Resend processes the message in transit and may retain delivery logs per its own privacy policy.

We don't store form submissions in a database or CRM unless we both agree to start an engagement, at which point standard business records apply.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we use to operate the site and respond to inquiries (Cloudflare for hosting/analytics/bot protection, Resend for email delivery). Each operates under their own published privacy practices.
• Authorities, if we're legally required to.

Cookies

The site itself does not set any cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of cookies for security and infrastructure purposes (for example, to detect abuse). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Retention

We keep booking-form submissions for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable follow-up period after. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're legally required to keep something (very rare for this kind of data).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to specific uses

Children

This is a B2B site. It is not intended for and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.

International users

We're based in the United States. If you submit information from elsewhere, you consent to its transfer to and processing in the U.S.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be flagged on the home page when they happen.
